Our story
Straight Talk, Fair Prices
At Value Auto Repair, we fix what needs fixing and nothing else. Drivers across National City and San Diego County bring us everything from brake jobs to starter replacements, and we walk them through the work before it starts.
We know car repair can feel like guesswork from the outside. That is why we quote a price and stick to it, explain what we find, and never push work a vehicle does not need.
Whether it is a same-day fix or a deeper diagnostic like a turbo air leak, our team treats every car, and every customer, the same way: honestly.
- Upfront, honest pricing
- Same-day appointments available
- No unnecessary upselling
- Trusted across San Diego County
What customers say
“This auto repair shop is one of the best I have worked with. They fixed both of my front brakes on my Toyota Camry and worked with us on getting in for the appointment. The price was exactly what was quoted. The owner is straightforward, professional, and very honest. Thank you!”
“I had such a great experience here. Nacho was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. He was able to get me in the same day, which I really appreciated, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I felt respected, informed, and taken care of. Highly recommend!”
“I definitely recommend coming here to get your vehicle fixed with anything. They're there to help you fix what you only need to fix, not to try and make you spend money you don't need to spend. They have amazing workers! I had my encounter with Taco and it went well. I definitely would keep coming back here.”
